Here is the story Tom Sussi reported. It is a story made up of lies and accusations. He did a story about a situation that happened over 2 years ago and made it sound like it was recent and still going on. He did not get my side of the story and ran with what he had available.  Sussi has a long history of pulling tricks like this. He has no real current reports so he digs up old stories to make hard working people look bad.

I responded to him with this:

Tom Sussi, maybe more people should do reports on you. I did some investigative reporting of my own and found a lot of dirt on you as well. It's amazing what you can find on the Internet, right? I heard about the story you did about a cleaning company in Athens Ohio, a company that's been in business for 12 years and has never had one complaint with local law enforcement. You set up cameras in a fake room as if you're catching a pedophile. You arranged for the cleaning company to come out and clean the room. Point of the story is, they did nothing wrong. They came in and did exactly what they were supposed to do. You jump out and start interviewing them exposing criminal records of certain employees of the company. Those people did nothing wrong to the company they work for or to the customers of that company. Your whole point was that a cleaning company was employing people with past criminal records. All you did was hurt a lot of families that didn't deserve to be hurt. The criminal here is you. You have a pattern of making up stories where none exist.

In my case, you took a situation that occurred over two years ago. You chose pictures of the project unfinished as if I left it that way. You posted pictures you knew would help your story and added the right words to make me out to be a scum bag which I am far from. I dealt with that outside of court, I didn't run away, I wasn't hiding. Why don't you name the 5000 other satisfied customers? Why don't you advertise the positive comments and praises I have from them? Better yet, ask your coworker Yolanda Harris about the hardwood floors I personally installed in her house. You of all people should know, you can't please everybody no matter how hard you try, and God knows you try. I've been doing remodeling for over 14 years and during that time I have started and completed over 5000 projects. I would say 99.9% of those customers are satisfied, so u pick the .1% to make up a story that's filled with lies.

As for the Second part of that story, yes I bounced a check. I wrote a check which at the time was good. We all go through personal issues and problems in our lives. Many people have gone through the same situation as I have. I had a few banking issues and that check became no good. I've been in contact with the other party and we have resolved that situation.

You did a story about a past situation I had and made it seem like I'm out there ripping people off left and right and living the life of a king or a "joe cool" as you called it. I live a normal life Sussi. A regular 35 year old life. I hang out with friends, I go to concerts and events. Pretty much the same as every other Tom, d**k and Harry.

You posted up a picture of me grilling, dated August 2010 saying "look at this "joe cool" living the life" seriously Suzzi? You're an ambulance chaser and a horrible reporter, you should change careers, have you considered suicide? I think it'll work out great for you. All I did was google your name a found enough dirt on you to do a public story. I can use big words like LIAR!! THE DECEIVING REPORTER!! REPORTER COMMITS SUICIDE - his fan is outraged. TOM SUSSI - EPIC FAIL!! EX-REPORTER - now offering fries with that.

I'm thinking you did all this after finding out I was Jewish. I saw the YouTube video where you offended the Jewish woman at the post office. I'm not sure why you picked on me but I'm sure stories don't just happen for you so you have the need to make something up and ruin lives of hard working people. It's almost as though you're getting "kick-backs" from larger companies to take out the "little guy"

TOM SUSSI, I'm putting u on the wall of LAME & SHAME

I will not rest until I have fully exposed you Sussi.

Here are the conversations between us showing what a bully he really in and how he conduct a report. (images may not be in order)

“The homeowner did a charge back through her credit card company and got not only $4000 but the full amount back of $7800.”

That is not possible because a customer cannot chargeback more than the amount initially charged. Her 80% payment would have been $6240, which is the maximum chargeback amount possible. What was the source of the $4000 you claim she received?

Do you intend to honor your agreement to pay her the $4000?

You appear to be someone that lacks the ability to tell the truth.

Ok "not Tom Sussi". The reason I'm making this public is because I have nothing to hide and my story has already been Broadcasted to the public. Second, the homeowner did a charge back through her credit card company and got not only $4000 but the full amount back of $7800.  The reporter had no idea this was done before he ran with the story. Also, he portrayed me as a criminal and as a person who's full purpose is to con people. That is far from the truth. The reporter only took a statement from one person and never cared about the other side of the story. That's bad reporting all around. I feel like if I sit there quietly and say nothing it's almost like admitting guilt. I'm here, I'm fighting to regain my name and trust Which I should have never lost.

Twice you evaded my question about the past due $4000 restitution payment. You violated the customer’s trust and clearly lack self-respect.

You know that you lack the skills to conduct business legitimately so scamming is your only option. You’ll be back in the slammer again.

It’s unclear as to why you chose to advertise your actions on a public website.

No, I am not Tom Sussi.

Let me get this straight Sussi. So you made a story on me bashing my name as well as my company's name because of a case that's more than 2 years old, a case that was settled in court, a civil case that was done with? Your report was only to slander my name and make me look bad. Not that I was out there ripping people off at this time (as you made it sound) but a civil case that was handled in court.   You came after me as if I'm was an active con-artist ripping people left and right but reality is, you came after me for an old civil matter that you know nothing about or investigated fully before going forward with the story.   You have a long history of handling cases this way, only listening to one side of the story.  You bully people into thinking they have to talk to you or deal with consequences of having a story done on them.   You had nothing substencial to go by so you ran with what you had. In the end, who did you really help??? Yourself!!!

Why haven't you paid the $4000 settlement to the homeowner for the $4000 it cost her to clean up your mess and complete the job? You agreed to pay but have failed to honor that agreement.

You have to be the worst reporter in the world. Your investigation skills are slim to none. First of all, I don't have 2 prison numbers. That's another false statement. And second, did your so called victim forget to mention that she did a chargeback through her credit card company and reverses the payment she gave me???  You're a joke Sussi and you're slowly digging your own grave. U don't need my help in any way, you f*** up all on your own.  You're obviously making this a personal matter but have nothing to back your statements. Like I said before, a monkey can do a better job.

Nowhere in your lengthy rebuttal did you address the claim that you accepted an 80% deposit on an incomplete $7800 project. You also failed to comment on your failure to pay the $4000 settlement to repay the homeowner for the $4000 it cost her to clean up your mess and complete the job.

Apparently two prison terms wasn’t enough for you. I look forward to your next rebuttal from behind bars.
