I trusted a car dealer ? I purchased a 1985 rolls royce shadow from Top Gear imports/saddle-brook nj. The car was represented as a friend of the owners for whom he was doing a favor as he was an elderly man and the origional owner of this rolls royce . I had toying with the idea of getting one as a great (SUMMER FUN< HAMPTONS RIDE) although i knew they were a bear to keep, but i have a buddy who is great with them and would only use it to go to dinner with my wife ect... I dove 3 hours in traffic from my home on long island to "TOP GEAR IMPORTS" and was really dissapointed by the condition of the car . I had once again driven to see a rolls that needed plenty of work for 10,000 (Not what i had in mind , but it certainly had potential . they got me to slow down from a walk and seemed to be decent people and had a large indoor show room with porsches , classics , rare cars , nice and neet . the old man SARNA who owned the car was in Israel and wanted to hear offers ! long story short , I bought the BS and paid $5,500 and just wanted to head home with my winter project in hand . Sean wanted me to sighn an as is statment and of course i did , after all it was an 85 car 30 years old , who would exspect a warrentee on it ?
As You might exspect she broke down about a mile from " dealers*** " had it towed to my home at a cost of 550 dollars . As Is . my problem .OK ! when spring started to rear its head i started to looki at my low mileage ,old rich jewish mans car MR SARNA from 77 th st in NYC. I started to order parts from an online store for my 85 Rolls royce . As they arrived and my mechanic looked at them they were incorrect Suddenly i had thought , Sean had said he thought it was an 86 but the title said 85 so i ran a carfax . To my surprise the car came back as a 1982 that had been owned by four prevoius owners and had been sold up and down the east coast . sent letters to adresses for a judith sarna in NYC and googled her south hampton residence (NO SUCH PERSON AT THIS ADRESS) I had forgotten the dealers name because of course a licanced dealer would not pass me a fraudulant title . I went to DMV in NY and they told me without Mrs Sarnas current adress and drivers lic the title was no good and also the title said the car was a 2 DR 1985 , but the vin indicated it was indeed an 82 4 dr . Tried to retrack my steps to these greeat guys in New Jersy but could not remember and my GPS didnt have it stored . I put a stop on the work to my 5,500 rolls royce that was now garbage and put an ad in with a pic of the car exactally how the dealer had it in hopes of someone calling me from "TOP GEAR IMPORTS"
I lucked out and several people called me and said they had looked at a exstreamly similar 82 Rolls at "TOP GEAR IMPORTS IN New Jersy AT and gave me their number . I Texted them about another high line car and Aret texted me back saying he did not have such a car . i have had sean and aret promissing me a real title for several months now or my money paid in full back to me . its now the last week of summer and the Rolls sits in my garage with no title . They told me the truck was on its way several times with my 5,500 but i finally realized that they are lieing theives. Sean called me the other night to askme my adress again correctly because the truck with my monet was on its way . Yesterday i alerted the local police dept that these theives have my name , my money and my adress and I have a DEAD PERSONS STOLEN ROLLS ROYCE IN MY GARAGE !
These people are not any one you want to do biz with !!!! I dont think i will ever see my $5,500 again and my wife asked me not to file criminal charges for fear of retaliation but i dont want any one to take these animals at their face value !I thought i was an astute guy but they got me in there eather ! Obviousley this is their game . Sean and Aret , enjoy hell !

Like I said you ****** ******. Serge will make things better . That's just one of the hundreds of threatening texts I've gotten from Sean at "TOP GEAR IMPORTS " he never sent a check and begged me to recant because his biz was gonna go under ! He's a gangster ! Fraud ! He promised to pick up the car with my money and a truck but once again lied ! I think these people are desperadoes ! 9 months of lies n threats . I'm loosing my 5500 and putting my home and family on the line to let make you aware ! DO NOT BE FOLLED ! These are daingerious thugs hiding behind Porsches and fraudulent cars

Unfortunatly , on Friday , August 31,2015 I wrote that i had received a check from Sean at "TOP GEAR Saddlebrook NJ. That was not the case . Sean had texted me that the Ripoff Report was gonna kill him and put him out of biz . Feeling sorry onece again fot him and being a previous owner of a small buisness like his I Fell again . I have all the texts from he and Aret going back to DEC of 14 < they literally have 38 times that they said they would pick up this car . Sean , to whom i gave my word that if he picked up this car and paid back my money i would do everithing in my power to recant my complaint . thank god this site wont let u do that for 48 hours . He has called me every name in the book and texted "I HAVE FAXED YOUR LICANCE with your adress to my friend Serg who knows how to make these things rite . Similar veiled threats "you better traet him rite" ect... As of 9pm last night i got a text from Aret saying NY. State has the correct title but they dont use fed x so remove the complaint and we will all live happily ever after . I texted back that they do use fed x and they dont pick up phones on SUNDAY. (IT JUST AMAIZES ME HOW THEY COU:D KEEP ON LIEING) TEXT BACK FROM SEAN "if i could get the state to fed x it i would pay for it . ???????? EPA better check the air in Saddlebrook , these con artests are on something ! I texted back to SEAN " You guys had your chance. Ive been caught up in your lies for 9 months now. I can not let u free on the public .
My wife and i had discussed loosing the $5,500 VS Letting these high line theives dealing in $100,000 dollar transactions take some one else to the cleaners. She laughed and said "WE CAN CHOP OFF THE TOP AND HAVE A 4 dr CONVERTIBLE Rolls Royce at our cottage in eluthera , bahamas . no reg or title needed . it releaved me to know that 9 months of stress and lies were done. She and I would accept loosing the money and face what thugs "TOP GEAR" would send our way as Sean had prommised .
When my wife started to read the endless texts of 9 months i saw her face go pale . She freaked out and screamed "Why did you let this go so far????" These people are threatining our lives !!!!!! She jumped in her car and ran from our weekend in south hampton back to our home and alerted our Police Deot of the "THREATS" The Police advised us to use the garage to enter and exit our home so she had the Rolls Towed out of the 2 car garage and put at a friends house . By the time I got home she had installed heavy duty locks on all the French doors and doubled up on the front door dead bolts This morning she had the alarm company install cameras on the outside of the house so that we can see our whole property (INFERED) Boy has technology gotten better , and cheaper !My I phone now alerts me when any one enters my property and i can see them live ! Under $500. who would have thought . I am still trying to upload all the texts to my computer for the attourney general in NJ and its after 1 in the afternoon and im only half done . the police are driving by my home and giving a lite toot as they pass . I have two dogs that are very alert that slept well last night but I nor my wife did .The Electrician will be here any time now to install more sensor lighting on our home . I have a private dect trying to get me Seans real name as im sure that Sean is not ! HE says he sueing me for slander as of last night , i have texts to back up every word i am saying .
PLEASE ! DO NOT DO ANY BUISNESS WITH TOP GEAR IMPORTS OF N.J (THERE ARE A FEW OR HE HAS MOVED AROUND QUITE A BIT ! SADDLEBROOK SOUTH BUILDING , THERE ARE COMPLAINTS UNDER BERGIN NJ , TOP GEAR NJ . TOP GEAR SADDLEBROOK and im sure a ton more ! All this because i wanted a ROLLS ROYCE to have a fun summer ! My summer is blown , my nerves are rattled , These Thugs have my money , all over a $5,500 car ????? that has no leagle title and the owner has past ! all this agony over JUDITH SARNAS dead rolls royce !!!!!! this world is nuts !

I wrote this complaint last eve . I had said I would only take cash back or wait for a check to clear . To my surprise a check came fed x this AM . The bookkeeper and sales team were not on the same page . Bookkeeper canceled truck , sent check . I'm hoping this is all a huge mistake and that the check will clear , and that they will have better communication .
