toponedeals.com Khoa Nguyen Stole my money; attempted to send me stolen merchandise Internet
I was browsing the internet for a FitBit Charge HR, and saw one listed on toponedeals.com for $109.99. That seemed like a VERY good price, so I proceeded to purchase it, assited by PayPal.
I never got a shipping confirmation, so I called the company, and a general voice message picked up the call. One day later, I received a call from QVC's fraud team, wanting to confirm the full credit card number and billing address used to purchase my FitBit Charge HR. I advised them the last four digits of the card they had on file was not mine, and that I attempted to purchase the FitBit HR through PayPal. At that point, I was advised that I had been fraudulently scammed, and that they would not be processing the order.
I've since been in touch with PayPal, who advised me that Khoa Nguyen has 10 days to refund my money to me. I've also attempted to cancel the order on the website, but it's gone from cancelled, to processing, to cancelled, to processing again, within a matter of 1 day.
Fed up with the whole situation, I've now filed an Internet Fraud report with IC3.
Do not purchase from this website-it's definitely a scam.
