Total Protect Cross Country Failure to honor warranty. Sunrise Florida
Avoid this company like the plague. We are now on our third month without a dishwasher. The company sent two different low-level contractors (both of whom told us upfront that "they do not work on Bosch stuff"). Customer Service will never let us speak with a supervisor, or they lie to us and say "the supervisor just tried calling you." Completely unresponsive, and Customer Service is a disaster.
