Town and Country Leather Not impressed with the customer service! Austin Texas
Not impressed with the customer service we have received so far from Town & Country Leather. When we ordered (and paid for) our ottoman on 1/20/13, we were quoted a delivery date of 5-6 weeks and told that it would likely be less than that. It will be 8 weeks tomorrow and still no sign of our furniture. Additionally, we have been calling the store on a regular basis since the 5 week mark and have repeatedly been told that it would be on the next truck and would be here "next week." "Next week" has now passed three times. We'll see how it goes but right now, I would not recommend purchasing from this store.
