Toysrus was running a buy 2 get the third free on their video games. After searching through numerous games to find 3 ( because alot of them were already out of stock.) I checked out and on my confirmation page I was not charged for the third game as stated in the promotion. However, after 2 of my games shipped and I had been charged the price plus shipping, I received an email stating that the third game was mistakenly out of stock and would be cancelled. Therefore I did not receive my free game. When I called customer service they refused to do anything to make the situation right. They wouldn't cancel the other two games, refund my shippping or give me an alternate third game for free ( because they were all out of stock.) I can return the games to the closest store which I will, but I cannot recoupe the shipping costs. I told customer service that I would have bought these games in store and not payed shipping at all except for the promotion of getting a third game free. They didn't care. I will NEVER shop toysrus online again.
