Trace-it a.k.a. Freeline Marketing, a.k.a Guardian Info. Serv. ripoff dishonest fraudulent unathorized withdrawal of funds from checking account Fort Lee New Jersey
Trace-it called me about a month ago claiming that they were put records into computer files in case of emergency's the files are easily accessible for emergency personnel. Blah, Blah, Blah. I told them, No! I hung the phone up at least twice on them.
Then on Dec. 10th I got a call at work and someone said, is is this Deion?I replied, Yes. Who is this? Then they said, is this deion? I replied, Yes. Who is this?
Then they hung the phone up on me. The phone # was blocked on my caller I.D. and I had No clue who had called me, So went back to work.
Then on dec. 16th there was check payed out of my checking account for $229.95. the check # was 369 which was funny because my checks started off at #500. Then I got a notice from Freeline Marketing Inc. on Dec.18 that stated that I gave authorization over the phone for them to withdraw $229.95 out of my account. I did nothing of the sort and know all of my christmas money is gone.
I called the customer service # 866-329-8422 to get my money refunded And I couldn't get my money back. I have to wait for the package to show up. Then return the package with a bank statment and the check back to them. But this has to be done within 30 days. But 30 days after, what or when. They couldn't tell me when the 30 days were suposed to start. I have to allow 21 days for the package to arrive. I got a letter on dec. 18th., and suposedly my auth was given on dec. 10th. So i'm almost at 29 day's right there.
As you probibaly can tell I already know that when i get the package I'll callor send it in, and they will say that my 30 days is up, and that my money can not be refunded.
