TRACphone I purchased a TRACphin from Wal Mart and was told I had 15 days to return it to the store, after that I would have to contact TRACphon. It was past 15 days from purchase so I contacted TRACphhon via e Plainfield, Indiana
I purchaed a tracphon from Wal Mart and was told I had 15 days to return it to the store, after that I would have to contact Tracphon which I did on May 15, 2012. It seems that the email number was not one of theirs and where did they think I got this number? Made it up? Then they claimed they could not find the UPS trace number. I hung up and called UPS and the package was in Indianapolis at 11:37am and would be at their door at apporx 2:30pm that same day. Then they looked up my name in their coomputer and because I did not by it directlyfrom Tracphon they couldn't refund my money. I was transferred to a "B**ch" in Miami and all kept saying was that it was company policy. I was so infuriated I hung up. It is now the end of June and there is not a thing aI can do about it. HELP!!!!
