I purchased a tractor and got financing thru Transport Funding in 1/2014 paid too much down I thought but oh well I started having issues with the tractor after the approx. 1000 miles from mileage when I bought it supposedly had warranty which too was a joke. never got it taken care of then.
I contacted Transport funding reaching out to see if they could assist me in getting my truck fixed. I was corresponding via email and by phone with Glen Wiley also one of the rudest and unprofessional people working for TF finally he told me to get caught up with my payment and they would help me with the repairs I informed him that I was waiting for the estimates and would send them as soon as I received them but that I too was struggling to pay bills because my tractor was my source of income but that I was trying to pay the truck current. the day after informing Mr. Wiley that I almost had the money I was $400. shy but to give me till that Friday which he agreed to I had a knock on my door from a repo man telling me that he was there for my tractor. This was to my surprise I thought that these people had a word but no they are Liars and cheats.
This was my reason for seeking a bankruptcy attorney to help me resolve this because I wanted to save my assets and be given the fair chance to get out of the financial straits that I was now in. Which was by having the opportunity to fix the tractor and get it back to work so that I could be able to pay all of my creditors and make things right.
