You need to call your credit card company and talk to their disputes and fraud departments. They were very helpful to me and I was able to get all of my $$$ back plus interest so made money. Good luck to you.

TCI automatically billed my credit card three months early for the yearly dues so watch out for that additional scam. On top of everything else, that really ticked me off. I finally decided to call my credit card company and they were very helpful. I spoke with their fraud unit and the disputes department. They were wonderful...I only had to send in the info that was given to me by Horizon/TCI plus explain the steps I had taken to attempt to get a resolution from TCI and within a week I had the FULL amount refunded to me PLUS interest charges so I actually made money!!! So, don't give up. All credit card companies have fraud and billing dispute departments and if you can give them details, dates, times etc. that you called, attempted to call, services not rendered as promised etc, they should be able to help you out. Good luck from someone who did not give up!!! Oh yes, my cc company told me that TCI would have 45 days to dispute the reimbursement and they did not dispute it. Yahoo!!
