We booked our june 18 th 2013 trip to orlando florida through this company .They supposed to give our hotel to summer bay resort and our ticket to universal studio with a time share tour.After I give all my information and my credit card information they send me a email that I will get my confirmation next day by email but nothing came in nest day and I called them 100 times they dont answer the phone , I left lots of message they didn't return my phone call. So we had to booked our hotel with different company which was more money we had to pay because of them cause it was in the same day.The funny part was once we came back from our vacation I check my credit card statement and find out this fraud company charge my credit card on the 18 th for 310 Dollar.I call my credit card company to cancel my credit card and report a fraudery .After this I tried and the credit card company tried but they dont answer the phone.......this is a online scam and a very big fraud company .The company runs by one person sometimes she said her name is jenifar and sometimes says katty but it is one person.....so be very careful of dealing with this fraud company....
