I wish to report a scam/fraud from a company based in Singapore. I am from Melbourne, Australia.

 I ordered and paid for a SMART watch TAC25 via Treeco Technologies from their website Tac25.com. I paid via Visa Card.

The watch that I ordered was a TAC25 Smart watch that apparently retailed for US$180 and was being sold with a 50% discount to US$89.95, it cost me Aus$122

What arrived was a SPOVAN watch that can be bought online for Aus$22.99!! It came in a TAC25 Smartwatch SMART box!

I have reported this back to Treeco and they promised to refund my money based upon providing photo's of the wrong product, which I did. Since then they have kept making excuses to not refund my money. See email trail below. Clearly I am not going to send the evidence back to them prior to receiving a refund, even though they originally offered to refund my money given I simply sent photos of the "Fake" product, which I did. Clearly I am far from satisfied!

Their own website states "If that wasn’t good enough: you’re also backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee! We care about our quality which means if you’re not fully satisfied – just contact our returns department and we will process your full refund!"

 I have since found the same SMART watch that I ordered available for Aus$33.00

As stated below, I advised that unless they refunded my money by yesterday, 30-10-2018, that I would report their scam/fraudulent actions to the authorities, which I have done, to both the Singapore Police and also the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore.

It is one thing to be duped into paying a premium for a cheap product, but to then be delivered a different, even cheaper product of a totally different brand, this is both a Scam and Fraud!

May I request that you post this scam, so that other innocent people are not ripped off?
