WHEN I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS THAT COST $54.00 i CONTACED THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT DESK ON 5 OCCASIONS AND HAVE STILL NOT BEEN GIVEN A DATE WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY PRODUCT. I HAVE EVEN REQUESTED A REFUND FROM THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM AND INFORMED THEM THAT I INTENDED TO TAKE THIS NEGATIVE ACTION AND STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY NOTIFICATION.
