Trendtimes ripoff Warning, they take your money but deliver no product Scottdale Arizona
I purchased a $279.99 nitro car from this company on 12-7-04 and the money was taken out of my account the next day. The item was supposed to be delivered via "express service mail" 5-10 delivery. Today is the 21st and I have not received my item.
I did not get a "confirmation e-mail" right after I placed my order, so I e-mailed the company at that time and they e-mailed me back 12-8-04 stating that my order had been received and I would be getting my car. Not to worry.
Since then I have attempted to e-mail the company. They do not reply. I have tried to call them. I get a recorded message stating "Do not worry you will get your order by Christmas". I left a message on their answering machine and no one has called back.

A little over 3 weeks after original purchase date and at least 11 days after promised.....I got the car on Christmas Eve! I had given up on this company, especially after "Googling" then and reading only bad things about the company. There had even been files made with the Better Business Bureau. But very much to my suprise, I finally got my merchandise!!

Update: 12-22-04 I got an e-mail from Trendtimes stating that my car was sent out this week and I should get it today or tomorrow. I did not get it today.
