Purchase a product on line. Poor quality confirmation, receipt. Receive defective product with no packing slip. Email company and try to call. They only have "customer service" on Tuesdays and Thursdays, yet they don't answer the phone. When someone from their info email line returns an email, it's a flip response. They appear to send you a return shipping label via Fed Ex, but it's a bogus tracking number. Then they disappear. In hind sight, reviewed the company on line. Horrible posts on the BBB, horrible comments on Facebook, no YELP account, site after site of negative comments. People really need to be aware not to use this on line distributor. No customer service, no quality control, no chance of a refund when you receive a bad item.
