i cannot believe this co. they should not be in business. i now have a reputable pool co. redoing their work as i speak. they have no problem writting down everything they had to fix for me to have a pool this summer (even though it's a brand new pool) first of all there never were any bugs second of all pool was unlevel and it was in field lines. this co. now fixing my pool is providing me with a list to take to laywer when my pool is fixed. they are very professional totally unlike what i have been dealing with , i guess you really don't want to believe there are people like this in the world but after this i will be very cautious. the new co. fixing my pool had to add block to level, the sand that was in pool (which was very little) was full of rocks (new pool co. states there was no sense in this and is happy to take step by step pictures for me of new work being done and is also willing to make me a list to provide to lawyer ( hopefully to teach this co. they cannot treat people this way and get by with it) they also had to add one ton of sand after removing all old sand and rock, states the skimmer had screws that were too long and caused pool to leak between liner and wall and states was a recondintoned liner. by the way i have pictures of liner and box when they put in second liner. i'm serious this has been a nightmare, but after i seen what this co. was made of (very abusive and unprofessional ) i did not want them back on my property. i have reported this co. to bbb and soon as my pool is actually really installed by reputal co. i'm taking my paperwork and letter of stmnt from reputable pool co. to lawyer. that is not a threat just trying to stop this happening to anyone else and compensation for service i did not get. please take my advice and do not mess with these people. and by the way the employees name was rob.

We installed this pool and the customer was extremely happy with our work. It states clearly in our contracts that the customer is responsible for electrical. And she is also responsible for her own chemicals when the job is complete. Her pool turned green weeks after the job was complete not 2 days like she stated. Fresh water will not green that fast. She neglected putting any chemicals in it herself.
She told us where to put the pool, she knew up front that she was going to do a deck just like she knew she had to do the electrical. She ended up getting 3 ladders with this pool and she thought one of the handrails was too flimsy, so my guys tried to bolt it where it was more sturdy. These handrails are never completely still, because they are made of plastic and alluminum. She did not like the way he did it so we went back and fixed it.
She is completely lying about my worker saying the things about our company. She could not even describe the guy that said it. My workers have been here for 10-15 years each. The guys that installed her pool have been in the business for 10 years. Our company has been in business for 23 years. She is only trying to make us look bad because she does not know how to care for this pool.
In August, She called and said it was leaking. We went out the very next day and we found hundreds of pin holes in the bottom. We explained to her that it had to be termites or some other kind of bug. She argued with us and told us she didn't have bugs. I told her we would install a liner at out cost of the liner which was $300 and we would do the labor for free. She refused and threatened to sue us. I finally told her that we would just install it so she would stop calling and threatening our company. I explained that she needed to get her ground treated or the same thing would happen again with the bugs.
We went to install the new liner which was in the box taped and strapped and she told my installers that it was a used liner because it was not in plastic. It is impossible to install a used liner because they shrink and you can also not fit a liner back in a box after it is taken out. I told her I would be happy to have the manufacture call her and explain how they ship their liners.
We have bent over backwards for her and we have done everything she has asked. We replaced 1 liner for a reason that was not our responsibility. Now she wants us to replace another. I warned her this would happen when we put in the last one. We did not put her pool on field lines. She would have sewage running under her liner and it is not!!!!
