Trilegiant claims that we signed up for free three month trials, which we did not sign up for. We have no use for the so-called "discount" services in their Great Fun, Travelers Advantage, AOL/Travelers Advantage and Dinner On Us Club programs.

They provide no independent service; they are a marketing operation. Yet, they charge high annual fees, probably on the theory that some consumers won't detect them. I would like to hear from other consumers whom they have charged, for a class action suit. I have been hit by three different programs operated by Trilegiant, each of which said I had signed up for their free trial membership, followed by large annual fees. Class Action against Great Fun

Is there a class action suit? I was once a victim of Great Fun after making a purchase on Buy.com. It took a couple phone calls and a couple hours of calls. it was ugly! I finally got my money back, but now they send me $8.00 checks trying ot get me to sign them, with a small print disclosure that say I will be joining their lying stinking rotten crooks scam. I want to get off their mailing lists! I demand they take me off their mailing list! They will not let go! I had filed a complaint with the Conneticut Attorney general a few months back but that office did nothing to protect me. The CT. Attorney General must be a crook too. If there is any lawsuit please count me in. Gret Fun needs to be taken down, dismantled and the compnay owners sent ot prision for fraud. The Conneticut AG needs to be fired and sent to prision for refusing to prosecute great Fun. (though the government crooks will never get justice. They refuse to file charges even though people beg the CT. A.G. for help, they do nothing). BTW, I contacted Buy.com and told them that great Fun was running a scam off their website. When people make purchases they have a link that attaches your purchase to great Fun Membership. I asked Buy.com to please remove that scam from the Buy.com website. Buy.com refused.
