I ordered one of those wonder pancake pans, yes, yes wonder where it is? Orders in april got weekly newsletter in may , charged in june not sent ever!
AND there is a veraseal stamp of approval but no e-mail address to resond to, only customer service spot checks your e-mail address only. what kind of a rip is this?

I have already seen the double pancake pan at my local Long's Drugstore and Walgreens. I recommend you call Tristar and request an immediate refund. I had ordered and returned a Jack LaLanne Power Juicer. I had only received a partial refund from TriStar. I had to send two letters for the balance of the refund. By the way, you can get the Power Juicer from HSN.COM for $99.9 along with $14.95 for shipping. This is much cheaper than the $149.90 and $29.95 shipping that TriStar charges.
