Tristar Products Hosed by the Flexible Hose Fairfield New Jersey
We bought two of the Flexible Hoses. One split and ripped the third time we used it. The second split and ripped the second time we used it. Neither are repairable and they do not work. They are shabby, poorly made products with an expensive price tag.
We are on limited retirement income and these hoses were expensive. The company will not refund our money.
We tried to take them back to the store but we were 62 days out and they would not take them back. The hoses are a rip off of consumers and continue to be sold to unsuspecting buyers.
Please do not buy this product. It is garbage.
