I have personal experience with Troy St. Pierre and can attenst to the fact that he is a con artist who has ripped off investors and home owners alike. I was an investor, one of several I knew of in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. I got involved with Troy through a friend who had been following Troy's real estate investing program for about a year. Troy made alot of promises that never materialized. He didn't pay me the money he owed. He didn't pass though lease payments from tentants to me or other investors. He didn't keep up the properties like he told us, nor did he pay property taxes. From an investor standpoint this turned out to be a ponzy scheme with Troy making all the money. In my opinion the reason Troy has changed his company name and location is because I figured out what was going on - after it was too late of course - and sued him, the title company he worked with, the appraisers, and a couple real estate agents. Once I filed suit all these companies and or individuals closed up shop, ran away etc. I was about to get a default judgement against the mortgage broker and a real estate agent I was suing turned around and sued the same mortgage broker. The judge used this as a reason to delay my judgement. I had paid out over $30,000 in legal fees pursuing this scam and basically ran out of money. I couldn't get the properties sold because the appraisers he worked with inflated the values. I ended up filing bankruptcy, has did 6 or 7 other investors I know. Stay away from Troy St. Pierre. He will take your money and leave you hanging in the wind!
