I was specific with Heidi that works here not to keep credit card on file and they took out 99.00 when I told her to destroy my credit card information. Not happy with this company and have disputed the charge. I paid 149.00 for facial and didn't want the spa membership. Of 99.00 a month. When found out it was contract which on website doesn't state that and they never tell you on phone that it is told them don't want that. Scam company beware.

Issue was resolved. My bank debitted my account. Would do business with them again.
