Over the past 7 years I have made about 30 emergency calls to the Tucson Police. They were all completely legitimate, from being kicked in the a*s and punched in the chest on separate incidents on 4th Avenue for refusing to purchase marijuana, to almost being run over in the crosswalk near the U of A by a woman who parked 50 feet away to get her hair done, to having my family's house broken into between 7 AM and 3 PM in the $270 K average home value 50-year-old houses in the neighborhood where my grandparents moved to after World War 2 from London.
Not a single arrest was made, not a single suspect was even stopped and questioned, and just like another Ripoff Report regarding the Tucson Police the female dispatcher seemed to get hung-up on a prolonged identification of myself, the caller.
Below is an email I received from a Tucson Police Detective after being stabbed without warning at my grandparent's house. Ms. Price, who came to my house with a three-month-old child, who repeatedly told police, glowed Detective Ed Richards, that she was very sorry for not having succeeded in her mission to kill me, was given a sentence of 200 days.
Here the neighbors managed to call the police and ambulance before I passed out after I ran out of my house across the street covering a five-inch deep wound in the top right side of my chest. They succeeded in responding perhaps because having someone else call made the service standard of what controls them "worthwhile".
Mr. Leight, I am the detective assigned to your case involving Michelle Price. I got your phone message. Ms. Price has been charged with Attempted 1st Degree Murder, Aggravated Assault with A Deadly Weapon/Domestic Violence and Aggravated Assault with Serious Physical Injury/Domestic Violence. There is a preliminary hearing scheduled today (Apr. 3) at 1:30 p.m. at Superior Court. This hearing is for a judge to decide whether or not there is enough evidence to support those charges against Ms. Price and continue the case against her. If you do not appear at the hearing the judge will dismiss the charges against her and she will be immediately released. I have a subpoena that I need to give to you. Please let me know what the best time this morning would be to meet with you briefly and give it to you. Thank you. Det. Ed Richards

I was never given a subpoena. I could not show up for this hearing having a five-inch deep stab wound in my chest and a collapsed lung and no transportation. The case was not dismissed.
I have dealt with the police in seven (7) different nations. The Tucson Police are ludicrously, and I mean absolutely absurdly inefficient, prejudiced, sexist, wicked, proud and frequently more evil than the perpetrator of any crime against you.
There is absolutely no chance that they will arrive at a crime scene in time to save you if you are calling. Absolutely none.
Particularly the female police officers are either absolute and utter rubes, yokels, yahoos, wicked, vindictive sadists, and just insult people that had nothing to do with the crime just to pass the day and swing their pride around if they are in the area. The police in nations such as Holland, Denmark, Sweden and yes, even Egypt are surely more worldly and in many ways better, although some of them overtly lie and steal...yet they are not violent, vindictive little proud sadists being controlled well beyond their knowledge by racist and sexist murderers.
I told seven police officers that Ms. Michelle Marie Price, University of Arizona art graduate and daughter of Tucson's Mormon Bishop Ralph Price, former U of A Professor Emeritus of Nutritional Sciences, had told me twice that she wanted to kill her mother, Patricia. They neither investigated nor called Child Protective Services.
I also informed them that Ms. Price had previously told me how the Mormon Church goaded member to insanity, to the tune of a member walking off the cliff on Mount Lemmon in her father's presence and another church member committing and being found guilty and sentenced to murder here in Pima County.
Please rest assured that the Tucson Police are among various county and state agencies that are utterly incompetent ... unless you happen to sound like a woman they might like, are an established property owner of the variety they are comfortable catering to, or are some sort of fat, proud, folksey rube.
Ill-trained, utterly dysfunctional proud idiots. They lack the objectivity, training, social knowledge and class to do any kind of reasonably good job, and over 90 percent of them should not be allowed to carry firearms for any reason, and surely.
