Tuff Model Inc. Modeled one day they took 55$ off me asked if I could have it back Kept making excuses to why She cant Midland Pennsylvania

My fiance met a woman at Crome night club scouting for models. We went to her buisness she offered me a position, I accepted. The following Saturday I went down for my first photoshoot, It was a princess theme. I waited forever before I got my hair and make-up done. The make-up work was horrible I looked like a clown not a princess, My hair was suprisingly good. She took my pictures, the back drop was a cardboard cut out and there was gems everywhere which made it very difficult to walk in heels. The dresses and costumes were poorly made, I never got to see the pictures. She asked for the money I gave it to her ( I shouldn't have).
The Saturday after I called her and she said that the heating was being fixed since it was in the middle of May. After that there was several excuses to why I couldn't get my pictures done. The next excuse was that her ex husband threatned her family with a shotgun and she wasnt able to come in. The final excuse was since her ex pulled a gun on her family all of her photo equipment was taken by the police into evidence. The next day I went down to the agency to confront her, The shop was moved and she was no where to be found. All I wanted from her was either the money back or my pictures I never seen either one of them. I wrote her several times on Facebook I seen that the messages were viewed but were never answered. I told her that I was going to take her to small claimes court and that its either the pictures or the money. Never got a reply.
Please stay away from Tuff Model Agency!! They are currently moving down to FL So if you live there make sure you don't go to this agency.

I am wondering how you think you can be helped in this situation?
I truly would like to know. Have you gone to the authorities?
(Although I think you are probably a racist-after all I believe you are someone who would stick their own "kind" when it comes to choosing someone)
