On the 6th June my son was on the Internet and said he had won a free holiday,I telephoned Twa travel and they asked me for my credit card details and within minutes the sum of 498.00 was taken from my account, they explain to me the prize that I had won, and was made to believe that the flights were included, but later on I realised it was accomadation only.
I rang them on the following day and explained that I am a single parent and their is no way I could afford the flights,they told me not to worry that they would give me a full refund, but to fax over all the details which was on the 17th June, I heard nothing from them I telephoned them again they said I must send the package back
which I never recieved the were rude and very aggresive putting the phone down on me, I telephoned the next day and spoke to Susan, and Tracey and they pretended that they had not recieved any faxes so they told me to write in which I did on the 9th July which was posted as they did not respond to faxes. I telephone over and over again and now they tell me that as 30 days have elasped I am not entitled to a refund, but I could have a free
holday in Europe, I said no I want a full refund and was told I must wait another 30 days these people I feel are just stalling for time they are crooks and thieves I am single mum with 4 young children and I need that money back desparately.

Than you give your credit card number out for a "free vacation". This was a scam and you need to put some parental controls on your PC so that your kids do not respond to these. Scams are all over the internet. Call your credit card company and file a dispute. While this is in dispute you do not have to pay usually. This is obvious fraud and you should get your money back.
