I have just filed complaints against Ultralife Fitness with the following agencies : Better Business Bureau, case#22018791, the Federal Trade Commission and the State of Utah Dept of Commerce, Division of Consumer Protection. Please do yourself a favor and file also. If we can't get our money back, the very least we can do is let the government agencies know about the fraudulent activity going on with this business. In the course of my filings, I found that UltraLife Fitness also operates under the following names: Image Corporation, Professional Medical Compliance Services, PMCS, UtralifePM. The phone numbers are all the same, as are the addresses. They are all listed with the Better Business Bureau. It is just ridiculous. Also please be sure to keep these people on the phone long enough to get your assigned customer member number and password so that you can log on to their website www.ultralifefitness.com and cancel your membership. Even though I never signed up for a membership, never before even signed on to this website, they had set up this account in my name and the ONLY way you will get it cancelled is to do it via the website. Julie Anne lied to me when she gave me a cancellation number and told me she cancelled the auto-ship that I never requested in the first place. These people are very good at ripping you off. Don't let them get away with it. Complain to everyone and file with everyone. I put out a personal challenge to the "owners" of this company to do the right thing now and refund the money they took from me.

And so the saga continues. After spending countless minutes on the phone with these liars on 11/7/05, being assured that my "membership" was cancelled (even received a cancellation number 117429), and being PROMISED that no further charges would be made, I find out from my bank this morning 11/08/05, that another charge had been made!!! This time for $24.00. For what I have no idea. Of course I try to call them and their phones on an automated "loop" message saying press 1 for service. That's a joke. So I sent yet another message to their email that I was given yesterday [email protected], though I'm sure I will never hear back. The other part of this scam is that they claim they sent me several emails detailing my "membership". I never received any emails from these people. When I asked them to "re-send" to me, the man said "he didn't have access to those files." Of course he didn't have access, because they don't exist. I have had to cancel my debit card and I'm thinking I will probably close my account altogether to keep these people from stealing any more money from me. I don't know how any of this company's employees can sleep at night knowing that they are theives. By the way, they are the same company, same P.O. Box, same phone numbers as NutraHoodia.net. BEWARE of these phonies.
