Purchased Health Insurance through them. Was told coverages, deductables, co payments etc. All of it was a lie. Before I could cancel second month the deducted a payment, which was not the agreed payment. Called on 1/19/17 to cancel. Was told refund in 3-5 business days. On day five, was told 7-10 days. On day 11, was told someone dropped the ball. Today, 2/15/17, was told someone dropped the ball and Allen M. Has assured me 3-5 days. I don't believe it will happen!
