Complaint Review: Unique Mineral Cosmetic's - Don Holly - Crystal Holly - Becky Holly - Lbhdhch3 - RT.B 2438-8 Goodman Missouri

On June 2nd, I won an auction for a year's supply of mineral makeup, for $38.00. I waited about two weeks before contacting them for my order. Over the following week I sent them 3 or 4 mails, receiving no reply. Finally on June 22nd I got the following response.

As the owner of Unique mineral cosmetic's I will take this time to apalogize for your delivery of your products, this is not and will not be acceptable in

the future.The seller of our products on ebay is a very sweet and hardworking young lady and she sometimes tries to take on to much work at one time, so I have taken it on myself and with the help of 2 of my employees to help her get caught up....Thank you very much..Please if you have any problems contact us first before acting on negative feedback this is Becky's store and she counts

on the income for school.

Ok, I can understand that and waited. After a few days I again inquired about my order and received a notice that a shipping label was printed in my name by them. I waited another week and hearing nothing from them and still seeing no mailing conformation on the number they sent, I filed a dispute with eBay. They gave EBay the same worthless tracking info that they sent me and when I saw that I escalated my dispute to a claim and left them negative feedback asking for a refund. I then received the following emails these are exactly as they were sent, spelling and all.

I emailed you several times and I asked you to verify your address , and you never replied uasaully we just ship and if someones address is not correct in the system then it is there risk and not our responsibily, and we will not be covered with ebay protection policy with an unconfirmed address. I do not know why you are lashing out at us when we were just trying to make sure you received your item at the correct address. What you wrote on my feedback is against the law and you may laugh but it is and ebay security is being informed of it and we will let them decide what will be done with that.

As for your package when you receive it do not even bother opening it up and just send it right back if you wish, and you saying we do not have the merchandise and we commited fraud we have a company with tons of barrels of product on hand, I still cannot beleive you would be a stupper and sink low enough to commit deprivation of character .

This is a lie I have all the emails they sent me and my address is verified on EBay, I've been buying on the site for over a year and never had a problem with my address. Finally I received half my order around the end of the month. By now I am in contact with two other buyers who have also been ripped off by them. I emailed them again 3 times asking for the remainder of my order. I got a response saying they had made a mistake and would send the rest. On July 4th I got this

After you receive your other items ...do you want to do a mutual feedback retraction?

Hear we go, that's why they only sent half, they needed something to blackmail me with to get me to pull the negative feedback, I lied I said I would do it if I got the rest of my order. Finally on July 14th I got the rest and then sent them this

Thank you so much for sending the remainder of the product that I purchased from you. Unfortunately, I have reconsidered the mutual withdrawal of the negative feedback and I have decided that it should stay. It wasn't until I turned you in to pay pal that you decided to fulfill part of your obligation. I feel that you holding the promise to send the rest of my order, over my head, to get me to withdraw the feedback that you so deserved is nothing less than blackmail. You will not be rewarded for your under handed techniques.

That's my story. I have all the bitter emails that were sent back and forth if anyone is interested. I just put the high lights here to warn others. They no longer have a store on EBay it turns out that not only were they not sending people their orders, they were also bidding on their own auctions with another Id they had, to raise the prices. This is called shilling and is illegal. One of the ladies that had contacted me through EBay caught them on this; her report is on this site also.

They are trying to finish their website at(www.uniquemineralcosmeticss.com) so beware, I doubt if the shady style of business they love to practice will change there.
