My experiences with this company mirror those previously posted. This company is unbelievably bad ... since October 2007 (it's now March 2009) I've had problem after problem with them. Oh, yes, the funds will be withdrawn from my account in a timely fashion every month but where the dispersal ends up is anyone's guess. It's IMPOSSIBLE to reach a representative directly and the phone system sucks! I FAX, e-mail and try leaving voice messages (good luck with that!). The late payments to creditors is happening more and more and my credit report has nosedived. I was told that initially, the first two or three months cause cause it to take a hit but it would quickly recover. Wrong! It's much lower now than before I entered the program. I've never missed a payment to UFS but have suffered from their incompetence in however their system works.

I'll be contacting the BBB and Florida Attorney General's office very soon unless they give me satisfaction, which I doubt they will. Currently, I have many unresloved issues from weeks ago.

Yes, I take responsibility from getting myself into this debt but made a concerted effort to rectify things. It's a shame there are companies like UFS out there preying on those who allowed themselves into such a predicament. There should be a class action lawsuit against companies like this.

Issues resolved by UFS

The recent problems I've encountered have been resolved after many phone calls, e-mails and FAXes. From November 2009 until March 2010 I places many phone calls to UFS's client service personnel who were not able to help me. Things started to change when Kara Lee got involved in early March. Jaime Lyons (cleint services manager) later took charge and by the end of the month all my accounts were made current and UFS sent me a letter for the three credit reporting agencies to hopefully remove the delinquent postings currently reflected on my credit report.

Kara and Jaime were very courteous, professional and prompt. They understood my concerns and quickly grasped the extent of my problems. I appreciate their efforts and hope to not need their intervention in the future.
