United Financial Systems, Inc. strives to provide excellent service to each and every client who enrolls on our program. We have thousands of clients nationwide who have received every benefit associated with the Program. We are truly sorry that "responsible consumer" is dissatisfied with the service they received. However, as stated in their complaint, we continue to service the accounts, as well as address any and all concerns that they may alert us to. We will provide the same excellent service to them that we provide to all other clients. We are diligent in responding to any concern that any client may raise and hope that in the future, "responsible consumer" will advise UFS of any issues prior to the use of this forum.
