A man from this company has called my cell phone and work number 3 times now. He states I have had a payday loan (from a company he doesn't know which one...red flag #1) and that they tried to take the funds from my bank account number ending in XXXX (the last four numbers of my bank account which are right). He states that if I don't pay the amount in full, they are going to call my employer and tell him of the fraud I have committed.

They then ask you to write out a letter (they tell you exactly what to say) and ask that you fax it to them within 30 minutes. I asked him to fax me some documentation that this had taken place, and he said they couldn't fax anything to me. I asked them to email me something, they couldn't email me anything (red flag #2).

I asked them when these funds were deposited in my bank, and he didn't know. I asked how much was deposited and again he didn't know (red flag #3). I checked my bank statements since I have had this account and there had been no deposits made that were not my paychecks.

They are scammers and will call and harrass you until you are tired of dealing with them... Just beware!!!!!!

You need to know that the United Nations does NOT have a "Legal Department"
