Dear Mr. Ghosn,

Let me preface this letter by telling you I fully respect and admire the turn around you made at Nissan Motors. You are a true business superstar.

However, I am writing you today to let you know of my experience at one of your dealerships, United Nissan in Las Vegas, NV.;

I went to United Nissan on 11/14/2007 and purchased a 2008 Rogue. Then this weekend, Saturday 12/1/2007, I received the following letter from United Nissan:

Date of notice: 11/27/2007 Re: Contract Rescission

Dear Carlos Morgan

Date of Purchase: 11/14/2007

Vehicle Purchased: 2008 Nissan Rouge

Address vehicle to be returned to: United Nissan 3025 East Sahara, Las Vegas, NV 89104

I regret to inform you that we are unable at this time, to secure financing and or complete the purchase transaction on the above referenced vehicle. Internal issues may have also arose which prevent United Nissan from finalizing your transaction. Upon receipt of this letter the vehicle must be immediately returned to United Nissan at the address shown below. The vehicle must be returned in the condition it was sold, reasonable wear and tear are expected, the contract will then be deemed rescinded. We agree to return to you all consideration received in connection with the contract, including the trade-in vehicle and any down payment. In the event the vehicle is not immediately returned to United Nissan you will be liable for all expenses incurred by United Nissan in obtaining possession of the vehicle, including attorney fees. Further, we have the right to repossess and take possession of the vehicle.

As any sane person would infer from this letter, the contract had been rescinded and the vehicle should be returned for a refund of my deposit. So that night I went shopping for a new vehicle at another dealer and found a new vehicle. The next morning I went to United Nissan to return the vehicle ( in the same condition) as the letter stated. Instead of being dealt the same phony sincerity I experienced when I first went to United Nissan, this is what happened;

I was treated with the worst display of customer service, and out-right deception I have ever witnessed. The Sales Manager told me the vehicle was mine and to get out of the building. They said the green slip was ready on the vehicle, I called the Nevada DMV and they had received no title information on this vehicle. I asked to speak with the General Manager, and the Sales Manager told me he would not be in until next week. I called from my cell phone and low and behold the General Manager Nick Voss was in. He was equally as rude, he would not give me any information on my financing company. Later I was told 2 different finance companies.

I left the vehicle in the lot and left, by the time I got home the vehicle was back in my driveway. I have filed a complaint with the Nevada DVM, The Better Business Bureau, The Federal Trade Commission, and the Nevada Attorney General all of which will be conducting investigations.

Mr. Ghosn, I do not believe this is the way you want to run Nissan Motors. Using strong arm tactics, lies and deception is not what turned Nissan Motors around. All I want sir, is to return the vehicle and get my deposit back because I have already made a deal on another vehicle. Who in their right mind would want to start a relationship with a dealer that begins this way? I dont believe that sales should be more important than the customer. After this experience I will never go to United Nissan again, and I would recommend no one else does. I dont know if I would ever buy a Nissan again at this point. My experience with United Nissan was the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Sir, I know I am just one person, but as you know, business loyalty is built one customer at a time.

Again, all I am looking for is to return the vehicle, get my deposit back, and not have to take this matter any further.

Thank You for taking the time to read this letter, and I hope this matter resolves.

With, Sincerity & admiration
