After having a professional discussion with Mr. White (this morning) I no longer have a grievance with United RV. After talking to him I feel that he is genuinely concerned with his customer's satisfaction. Mr. White also assured me that this is not their practice (i believe him).
I'm sure if we all had more time to sit down and communicate a bit further in the beginning, we probably could have come to some sort of an agreement. Upper management manage is the key.
I've already had the work that I needed completed and I chose to go to a different source to have the work done on my truck but the staff at united RV are extremely knowledgeable of their craft and after years of business I'm sure this has just been another learning experience.
