I was scammed by ubs like many others and promised a refund in 30-60 days.But like many others that time has come and gone.
Then when you try to conact them all you get is those Dam recordings and full mail boxes. they got me $700 plus. Dont let this happen to you.

Don Lapre is no longer the owner of Universal Business Strategies. "On March 10, 2003 the company filed for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the Federal Bankruptcy Act, case#033788. This permits the company to continue to operate with court supervision.."http://www.phoenix.bbb.org/common.html?location=home/common/www/ page 2 of 3 Date: 7-10-2003 Now for your monetary claim of $700, you have to obtain a Proof of Claim Form by writing to the United States Bankruptcy Court of Arizona. You have to enter this case number #033788. This is a public case number, which applies to a public court hearing. If this were YOUR INDIVIDUAL case number, assigned EXCLUSIVELY to you, I would not have posted it for reasons of security. If you file any future reports, or an update on your resolution, I recommend not sharing that type of information for your own safety. Don Lapre is still being used in the marketing materials although Joe and Sari Diehl of the Officers of Regency Medical are current operaters of this business. Many are still advertising for him, but are not currently receiving payment at this time. This is from another source, not BBB. You should call the television station which advertised this infomercial as well. I do not know the Statute of Limitations, so that you will want to respond and fill out your form a.s.a.p. Don't forget that case number.
