For the record this issue has already been resolved through other Bureau's and each and every time they find her complaint un-warranted. First of all she Rants and Raves about her HD upgrade everytime she complains, though she makes many spelling error her HD has or had nothing to do with anything concerning her complaints. Secondly the Decision to upgrade to Windows XP was her's and again a moot point. The issue here is her lack of education especially where a PC is concerned. Her DVD player DID in fact work and I in fact DID install software and the Codec for Windows XP. The Issue here was she did not know how to use it and after me explaining to her briefly how to use it without her understanding I offered to tutor her on how to use it and she became defensive. Furthermore I went out of my way and FILLED a compact disk with FREE dvd playing software and complete instructions on how to use them and she never came to claim the CD. In Conclusion I feel I have bent over backwards for her, especially for which she paid me and she is treating me and this situation unfairly.
