Please ask for a physial scan on your shipments. We had this happen twice. they say there are on track and they really are not. Please use some one else any other shipper. Once they blammed it on waether when we shipped out a week in advance where they could have shipped it in a different route. They had days in advance of warning. We lost thousands that time becaue we were at a tradeshow and they would not locate our packages. With all the technology they have, come on.

Then now international shipping express we got our packages the next day they were to arrive. Then we were missing two packages. We had to tell their supervisors what to do after 6 hours of learning their lingo I asked him to find out were the last physical scan was regarding the other packages that were al to be together. I found it was still in Hong Kong after wasting a day for them to wait for an E-amil from Luiville KY to say there were not at that hub when all they had to ddo was look at the last physical scan of were the packages were physically scanned in last.

So I am writing this to tell you what to do if this happes to you and your packages don't arrive on time even when thir system is saying they are in your city when in fact they are not and stuck somwhere else.

I am going to show you right now it is 12/9/12 all 5 packages were cleared at the same time through customes and we received 3 packages two are missing. Here is one of the tracking numbers of one package that is missing. We asked for them to hold in daytona beach for us to pick up at the hub so we can get as soon as it comes in. Keep in mind my last phone call they hung up on me after I asked to speak to a supervisor and had to explain the situation for a 40th time becasue no one has an extension to call back too. These two packages are still in Hong Kong after they finally opened an investigation after days of dealing with speaking to over 40 reps and supervisors. I know you think they would have done something about our packages right. Like So Sorry we are on it let us get it on the next flight out NOPE. They say we do not know when it will get to you. So here is what the tracking says now you be the judge: This is day 6 after these boxes were to be to us: They say they are in Daytina and we did our due dilangence to track from the very beginning. Please call in advance even if it says it is in the states becasue it might still be in China or the origional destination. Take a look: Again THEY ARE NOT IN DAYTONA OR I WOULD HAVE MY PACKAGES AND WOULD NOT BE WRITING THIS TO PROTECT OTHER CUSTOMERS FROM THIS HAPPENING TO THEM.
