Upstate Development or Oleg Sapozhnikov is a crook. He sells property on e-bay. He has many user names and bids up properties. The homes he sells are in really bad shape. He does not tell of any problems with the real estate he is selling. When he gets negative feedback he sets up another user name. Beware he bids up prices and if he wins one of his own auctions he leave himself good feedback. He sells properties in New York and Port Charollete Florida. my name is Greg if u have any questions.
