I have been waiting over a year for my rebates. I reported them to the BBB, but recieved no halp. Everyone now and then I send Urbanq an e-mail about my situation, asking them when I will get my rebates. They only send me excuses.

Here's one of their excuses:

"Dear Heather,

Thank you for contacting us. Obviously we are responding to a question that should have already been resolved, and I apologize for any inconvenience this longer than expected Q-bate check may be causing.

I was informed that there was a printing problem and that disabled us from knowing exactly which checks were sent and which were not from certain batches of checks. Unfortunately urbanQ currently relies on a service with a check printing company that has responsibilities to honor

check printing contracts from not only urbanQ but for numerous companies. Because our checks are printed electronically and the data is sent on mobile data storage hardware, we had hoped that the accuracy and

integrity of those data files would remain intact.

Unfortunately it has now been determined that certain data has been corrupted and affected a few out of the many batches of checks that were scheduled to be printed.

Our checks processing center is currently investigating exactly which checks have been sent and which have not.

Please understand that this error is serious in nature, as it has caused some Q-bate checks to be sent twice in some cases three times. It is our intention to prevent the possibility of sending further duplicate payments in error while at the same time keeping the wait time to a

minimum for those checks that were not sent out as scheduled.

We appreciate your continued patience and are we aware of the inconvenience that this delay may be causing. We anticipate that the investigation to identify those checks that need to be reprinted will be completed within the next two weeks. If within the next few weeks you still not have received the Q-bate checks, please contact us again so that we may further investigate this further.

In this case, it would help a great deal if you specify exactly which Q-bates you have not received payment for and if you please include a copy of this e-mail when responding so that we may better serve you. If there is anything else I can do for you, please let me know.

Sincerely,

Marie

That is only one of the excuses they heave been sending me since August of 2001.
