On October 1, 2014 my boyfriend and I contacted www.UsMotorKing.com to order a rebuilt engine for $1721.50. They arranged everything through email and phone calls with us. They promised to ship the engine after the payment cleared. The strange thing that tipped me off to be cautious was when we aggreed to make payment using my credit card but they insisted on making a partial payment of $350 through our bank account. They said it was to pay the truck driver for shipping. So, we agreed to it untill they took $651.50 instead of the agreed upon $350.

After the check cleared my bank account (which was the same day we agreed to the $350) I realized something was wrong. The name on the check was to Partznow Inc. I looked the name up online and realized I had been scammed. This company has been banned from Illinois for scamming people out of money and not delivering any product.

I searched the BBB in both MO. and IL. No complaints in MO. yet but many in IL.  I have already filed with the Attorney general in IL. 

I have contacted the BBB in MO. but nothing got resolved.

After repeated attempts to get our money back we finally told the guy who always answered the phone (Jay S.) that we were going to contact the Attorney General in IL if we did not recieve our refund within two weeks. They actually sent me $500 in a check and supprisingly it cleared. They kept the $151.50 for their fee of finding an engine.

December 1, 2014 they withdrew another $151.24 for no reason. The transaction was canceled so why do they need more money. Buyers be ware!!! I will be changing my bank account number now.

They refunded all money except "the finders fee".  Jay S. said they would return all money including the finders fee but still hasn't done it. He told me the finders fee would not be able to be refunded until after the new year. It is now Feb. and still no refund on the finders fee.
