USA Card; Ladco Credit card machine scamdogs! Bait and switch! USA Dallas; Ladco Thousand Oaks Texas; California
I was contacted by Tom Parker, salesman, of USA Card about a year and a half ago. I was interested in starting a supplement e-commerce website. I wanted the ability to process credit card transactions online. What he sold me was not what I got. I was sold a 4 year "non-cancelable" lease for about $110 per month. This included an unwanted, unneeded redundant credit card machine. Since I was already able to process credit cards online I didn't want nor ask for this useless equipment. When I complained USA Card sidestepped the whole thing, saying that I already signed the lease. I couldn't get a hold of Ladco at all. The original leasing company was Globaltech. But the slick way they operate is by quickly assigning the "illegal" lease over to Ladco. That way Globaltech can sidestep their responsibility as well. Ladco complicates the issue saying that they couldn't have known what kind of "scam" USA Card/Globaltech was operating, so they aren't liable. My attorney says that the assignee and assignor are both responible for the lease set up, so this rebuttal is not valid. I found out about Leonard Anderson's book, Leasebreaker and have been following each step to break the lease to the letter. I returned the equipment to USA Card with proof of receipt. I've sent complaints to Atty Gen's of CA & TX, the FTC, the local BBBs, had a lawyer send recission letters to both. Only Ladco responded with another shirking of responbility. As I stopped making payments, Ladco also illegally drafted my checking account. They got the routing/account numbers from a previous check I sent. This is bank fraud and will probably be Ladco's ultimate undoing. I was also told that they work with Yahoo to do click search advertising. This has resulted in a class action lawsuit against Yahoo for click fraud. They would pay people to click on advertiser's pay-per-click ads and empty their account. This is still pending. It's interesting, when I couldn't afford to keep pumping money into this business, I called USA Card and had them shut down the website and everything. They told me that I shouldn't even bother asking Ladco to nullify the lease, just to be stuck with it. These companies are liable under governing cases and statute and consumer protection laws.
I want to know what is happening with any and all class action lawsuits against USA Card of Dallas and Ladco Leasing of Thousand Oaks, CA. Please reply and give me an update as I want to stick it to them like they attempted to stick it to me!

I am also a victim of Ladco Leasing and USA Card Services. I just began battling these companies last month. The case is still pending but I believe I have pressed excellent charges against the company. I would be more than happy to assist you in fighting Ladco Leasing and USA Card Services. I have done endless research of the law that these companies may have violated which I quoted on most of my correspondence with them. Its still a work in progress and I am not sure if it will work.
