My complaint is with the pso company USA CHATLINE in a brief description they are farmost the worst pso company i've worked for. They are suppose to be a phonesex business. This company does not pay you your money.So anyone thinking of working for this company please beaware and do your homework thoroughly like i should've done.The funny thing about this is I used to work for them 3 or 4 yrs. ago and I never had a problem with them until recently.I started working with the company as of April 13th 2011. I still have not received a paycheck for that first week that i started working for them.I ended or shall i say never logged back on since May 7th 2011.Why should I continue to work and make money for this company who obviously does not give a **it about the IC's.They will not respond to you via phone nor email, you will have to go through the dispatchers one who name is Jimmy now he seemed to be ok.But the female dispatchers are a piece of work.I called the 800-436-1731 which is the dispatch #.I asked them if i could speak with someone in payroll,a female dispatcher told me no one was available for me to speak with.She them in turn asked me what was the problem i explained to her that i haven't received my first paycheck.She put me on hold for at least 5 minutes and came back and said that"my checks were being mailed out on the 22nd of April which i haven't received it as of yet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The check was only for $50 i havent even received an email regarding this particular check...wow what happened to the check. I personally don'y think that they mailed it to me at all.I t hurts your feelings and integrity when things like this happen to you.I am a disabled person scoliosis being my disablity i explained this to them..That didn't seem to matter to them, they honestly do not care about the IC's that are hired. Sadly i'm still waiting for the first check, thankfully they sent out the last two that were due too me.Now i'm waiting on another that's due to me tomorrow which is friday.If i don't receive that one i will be back to complain again.Also i've sent over 15 emails to [email protected] just to get three brief responses which didn't pertain to my original questions regarding my first paycheck in April. So ladies and or gentleman please be weary of this fake, phony, fraud and scandalous compnay which calls themselves USACHATLINE!!!!!!!!!!They are crooks in my books and they don't care how they treat you.They just want to use you and make money off of you..and not pay what's due to you

Miss Tina, if you could please contact me with some info as to what company is good to work for and what not, i am new to being a PSO and i got started with USA Live Chat, i havent taken any calls as of yet as i wanted to make sure that they had all my info in so that there would be no reason for me to not be paid, I sent it to them via snail mail and email i am just wondering if you could give me some info as to a better chat line to work for. Ms. Tina you can say whatever you want to about USAchatline being so great in comparison's to other PSO companies. I've worked for several PSO's and to be totally honest USACHAT was worst than the others. I don't know where you're getting you're information wrong maybe you need to stay out of the hospital and do a little bit more research before you say anything else11111

Have been with usa for awhile, and always had a great experience with them i think alot of whomever has a problem wth the pay needs to mabye learn math,and averages.I personally was in the hospital over this pass sumer 2011 and they were great about everything,and regarding not getting a paycheck heads up they only do direct deposit and have had no problems so far and dont think i will either.I personally think usa is better than others exsp n// they were the worst and if you want to talk to unperfessional pple then wrk for n// now they were the worst.And why b***h at all god knws that there are millions of other similiar companys go wrk for another.I Did and goodluck to ya Ms Tina.

Well, I'm back complaining about USA CHATLINE again. This is truly mind boggling to me... I'm still waiting for the very first check from this sad company as of April 22nd 2011.Not only am I still waiting for that check I'm also due another that was suppose to have been mailed out May 6th 2011... Well I haven't received neiher much to my dismay... I'm really tired of going back and forward with this deceptive, scandalous,scammy company.. But, I am not a quitter so, I have to keep going on until.. I'm paid the monies that is owed to me.....I just want also if there are anyone out there who's thinking about getting into any not just pso positions but, any job that deals with becoming an Independent Contractor please do your homework thoroughly with that company... So you will not end up like me.. waiting for paychecks that you have worked for...
