This USBI company just charged me on my regular phone bill with century link for long-distance calls, to start I don't even make long-distance phone calls from my house phone, another thing I found unusual is that when I called this weird USBI company to have their charge to my account removed they mention my dad's name who has nothing to do with my account on century link and he's in mexico, after I told the guy that I was speaking to that info he asked me AM I SPEAKING WITH ......? than I was like yes, and then I asked him how do they have my info if I have never used their services, his answer was a silent pause, than I was like can I have those charges that I have nothing to do with removed? his answer was NO. I said why not if I never used your services. He was like you just have to pay for it. I said why? would you pay for something that you didn't use? Again there was this long silent pause, and he said you just have to pay for it and hang up on me. To me this company USBI don't exist it don't have a street address is a fake and a ripoff and should be investigated. I also think I shouldn't have to be paying for services I didn't use, good thing I noticed early in order to have century link block 3rd party companies from making charges and changes to my account without my authorization, I wish they could have helped a lot more by having those crazy charges removed from my bill, but Oh, well USBI you got away with $6.60, but that's it. No more stealing from you, P.S. guys do the same with your phone companies block third party companies from making charges on your phone bills.
