Complaint Review: USight - Orem Utah

The seminar starts with an enthusiastic presenter, "Bud in my case" explaining all that is offered with uSight. UNLIMITED disk space, UNLIMITED traffic, streaming video, Flash, top search engine submissions. He said that uBuilder software was easy to use and you had 24hr/7day tech support. In his excitement, he even said you can make free long distance phone calls on the web- "And I'll show you how to do that later." (He never did)

I can understand why a speaker would want everyone to hold their questions until the "break" so that he can present his information in the format he intended- which flowed and took you on a journey leaving you believing that, "I am sure glad I came to this seminar; this is the best web-hosting Company I have ever heard of because of what they offer!"

Also being pushed was a free vacation package (scam). And a membership to an e-commerce association. You are offered a distributorship for the SCAM vacations (no travel, just rooms) for 3 days, 2 nights' stay in hotels at limited locations. He also brought out a CD for "Lesko's Free Government Money" and offered that for $40.00. This guy wanted to take ALL of EVERYONE'S money. I honestly don't know how this guy can sleep. He has totally lost his conscience and is a chronic liar!

The problems were:

He said he would answer all questions at the break when everyone was signing up for the e-commerce web sites, vacation scam, merchant account, search engine submission, and association. He said that he would leave the mic on so that everyone would hear any questions anyone would have and hear the answer over the PA system. I heard him having many, many conversations between him and others around the sign-up table and in the room during the break, but nothing came over the PA system.

I tested this and asked him a question about some attention being given to some organizations "fooling" the search engines to get to the top. He said that he knew nothing about it and the mic was never used and nothing was heard over the PA system.

The entire sales concept at the seminar was "TRUST". Everyone in attendance had to trust that what this guy was saying was the truth. BUT the forms we filled out for the web sites and such were not even as big as a half sheet of 8.5" X 11" paper. Nothing of what this guy said was written on the papers we signed.

After all that signing and spending about $2,900.00, we were told that software training was to be held Friday, 2 days after we signed papers at the same Hotel at 6pm. So, anyone who purchased a web site and all the other associated and suggested services didn't know what they spent all your money on until the training and STILL, after the training and had some hands-on with the software.

AT THE TRAINING (A FRONT FOR SELLING EVEN MORE)- we were offered to be distributors of uSight websites. The deal was great! These web site were going to be so easy to sell because of UNLIMITED disk space, UNLIMITED traffic. All the competition had restrictions on these two things! Easy to get Merchant accounts- WOW, what more could anyone ask for? (how about everything that was promised)

Not to drag this story out any longer. There ARE restrictions on the disk space, there IS restrictions and ADDITIONAL CHARGES that weren't mentioned for streaming video, Flash and anything else you wanted to incorporate into your site.

The 3 day RIGHT OF RECISSION. You get 3 days to write a "certified" letter to the company asking for a refund. I did, and have not heard anything from them- nothing. These people that represent uSight are deceiving liars. Heed my warning. I'd like to expose this Company for what they are.
