I tried for over 2 hours to schedule a free pick up with the United States Postal Service. It's a joke because it's impossible.

You can schedule but there is no way for you to pay for your packages like with UPS or FedEx. I called their customer service 3x and had to keep clicking 0 in order to actually speak with someone. No rep could help me because they had no idea how the system works. I tried to call my local Zephyrhills post office and the line was continually busy. I have tried in the past several years to call them but each time their line is always busy, no matter what day or time I've called. They must disconnect their phone lines.

The Post Office is a complete joke and they wonder why they continue to lose money.
