We purchased a $3850.00 vacation program from Joe Madian, Sidney Silver, and Andre Clarke, agents for Vacation With Ease, on July 10th, 2015. These crooks made lots of promises and gave us nothing! We are still waiting for a User Id and Password, 358 days after they stole our money! We tried to cancel the contract, but these slimy creatures lead you on for several days with promises and then stop answering the phone and emails! They use a lawyer by the name of Brandon L Phillips in their scheme, who sends you a letter that states that your cancellation request is not in compliance with the contract, which only gives you 3 business days to cancel! Since they have been purposely stalling you for several days or weeks, it is impossible to cancel their agreement in 3 days! This is a complete fraud!!!!!
The Better Business Bureau of Las Vegas has received over 32 formal complaints against Vacation With Ease and has given them an F rating, the lowest rating possible, due to their deceptive and unethical business practices! In fact, these crooks did not even respond to the BBB request on at least 20 occasions. In addition, we have contacted the Federal Trade Commission at 1-877-382-4357, who are beginning an investigation on our behalf. Finally, we are also going to contact the Nevada Attorney General at 702-486-3420 within the next few days.
In order for any of us to have any hope of getting our money back, we have to work together as a team and help one another! Each of us victims has to report this scam to the 3 government agencies mentioned above. Ripoff Reports lists 4 complaints against Vacation With Ease. With our report now that makes 5 complaints. We all know that there are many, many more victims of this fraudulent vacation program. We need to encourage them to also report their scam. I know that [email protected] is interested in a class action lawsuit against these crooks and I will be joining this action. Please contact [email protected] or myself at [email protected] so that we can share information, support one another, and if necessary hire a lawyer on a contingency basis, which will definitely include sueing for damages.
It is critical for all of you to formally report your rip off to the Better Business Bureau of Las Vegas, The Federal Trade Commission, and the Nevada Attorney General as soon as possible! At the very least we will be warning others to stay clear of these fraudsters and supporting each another during this difficult time. The Federal Trade Commission and Attorney General can prosecute these crooks but they need more evidence and require all of us to report our rip off story. The more reports strengthens their case and the better chance we have of recovering our investment and having a successful judgement! Take good care! Albert from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada
