I too, know of the struggle in dealing with this store. I have a laundry list myself of complaints about that store and their "service" (if that's what you could call it). I have dealt with the one in Warren. I had purchased furniture 10/03 and by 02/04 the stitching had come apart on EVERY couch/loveseat cushion cover. Then, huh, to get my furniture fixed, they came out, said they can't repair, will have to order new cushion covers. That was the very beginning of March. They still have not come in!!! They told me I could "re-select" furniture, for what I paid for mine, and they're even jerks about that. They only gave me 30 days to do this, and didn't even tell me I only had 30 days! Phone calls and emails go unanswered...it just goes on and on. Never again!
