Value City Furniture ripoff lied to treated like we were not important Cheseapeake Virginia
We spent $2700.oo cash on a living room set and one queen sleigh bed and was told that they had all of them in stock also was showed on thier computer where they had them in stock.
They told that it would be delivered on 3/31/05 was called two days before and was told that they did not have no more beds in stock.
We called them and talk to the manager who very rude and would not give us the corperate phone number, told us that he could not find it.
they cont. to give us the runaround when we told them that we wanted our money back.
I had to call a store in another state just to get thier corprate phone #. We are very dissatsifed and will never even think about going back to any of thier stores.
After finding this site and readind the complants send the word out beware of Value City Furinture they lie , treat you like $#$%$%&%, and are very rude!!!!
Also had a gathring planned for the coming weekend, work all week proir to this redoing hardwood floors painting walls now having to call every body to cancel because they cannot diliver on what they guartiee that would be dilivered.
