Value City Furniture/Uniters Warranties they sell are a scam. A company named Uniters is who handles them and does everything in their power to not honor them. I had a leather couch that was a few years old and was babied the whole time with care and cleaning. Michigan
AVOID THIS STORE!! Warranties they sell are a scam. A company named Uniters is who handles them and does everything in their power to not honor them.
I had a leather couch that was a few years old and was babied the whole time with care and cleaning. When the leather material started to tear away from the under layer they would not cover it.
Look up Uniters for several complaints. They also are not part of the BBB so beware.
