I am an employee of Value City Furniture. I can tell you that this report is not outside the norm in this company. I can tell you that at the Falls Church Store of Value City the warehouse manager, Vinnie, was charged with sexual battery. This batter took place in the store against a young woman who worked for the store. The charges were dropped because she was afraid to testify. OJ a former warehouse manager for this company was also charged with sexual battery against another female employee. Dwayne H. the Sale Manager comes to work smelling like a brewery and puts his hands on the female employees. If complaints are made Scott Shanahan of Human Resource will investigate and then he does nothing. Joseph R. the Falls Church store manager, reminds all employees that he is a trained killer with 47 confirmed kills. I am sure he had something to do with the young woman being afraid to testify. I am sure I will be found out and fired. I need my job desperately, but the truth must come out.
