Value City Furniture ripoff crummy table Toms River New Jersey
I purchased an Attic Heirlooms dining room set from this store about two years ago and have had nothing but problems. From shotty customer service to a table that is sticky around the edges. I've emailed and gotten nothing in return.
First problem was about four months after purchasing the table. There was a spot that I cleaned and it went right down to the natural wood. When I called to complain, I spoke to a women who told me that I had had that table in my home for four months and tables don't last forever. After threatning to go to BBB and trouble shooter she looked into it and reluctantly sent someone out.
Now, everytime I clean the table it gets more and more sticky(tacky) and it just seems to be falling apart. It's not what I would expect from a $3000. set!!!
