ValuePlusOnline.com Sempris Dangerous Company, Exists only to solicit personal information, and sell Bogus memberships, Internet
This company phishes and obtains personal financial information when purchases are made online from legitimate companies, then tries to sell their memberships promising rebates to be applied to recent purchases and cash toward future purchases, plus many other claims. After contacting the legitimate company (All Posters .com) I learned that they had no knowledge of ValuePlusOnline.com and would not accept any refund coupons etc. and advised me to cancel any subscription offers from them.
Upon contacting ValuePlus using the phone no.listed on their website (800) 475-1942, I was informed that my membership was fortunately cancelled when my Visa card declined the charge. Apparently Visa knows of this company's tactics, and will automatically protect the cardholder from this company. Am only hoping that ValuePlus has not used any information gained to run up any other charges on my card. LESSON LEARNED: ALWAYS check out small or unknown companies before agreeing to any charges no matter how small, (in this case only $1.95 for a trial membership), as this allows them to go about their unscrupulous business
